Dr. Nang Nay Nwe Phone Myint is a Certified Professional Coach, Trainer and a Medical Doctor. Nang has a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and MBA in International Business Management.

Her educational background as a Medical Doctor led Nang to facilitate the sessions with empathy, understanding and full emotional support for her clients. As a member of International Coach Federation (ICF), she follows ICF Code of Ethics and Standards in her Coaching Practice where she has coached clients for over 200 coaching hours.

After Nang graduated from University of Medicine (1) Yangon in 2013, she entered into Pharmaceutical Distribution company since she took an interest in Business Management. While pursuing an MBA degree from University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, she finally took on the management role in 5 years ensuring consistent improvement in the Distribution sector of the company.


Her main passion has always been wanting to help others in catalysing the growth and achieving their full potential. Nang’s turning point in her career as a professional coach and trainer started when she went through Coaching and Training. After her transformational journey, she discovered that people will achieve their desired life goals by having a space of freedom created for them where they can express themselves who they aspire to be.


Nang has volunteered in many associations to ensure that she is contributing to society from any role that she can. She co-founded “Scholarship for Myanmar Youth Leaders” (SMYL) with the intention to provide education for young people with disadvantaged backgrounds.



Dr. Nang is dedicated to continuous learning, empowering and helping others to live a fulfilling life through coaching and education.

Presently, she spends most of her time working together with entrepreneurs and passionate go-getters from all walks of life to achieve their life and business goals through her Coaching and Training.
