Jack is a continuous learner and passionate trainer of personal development for individual growth. He upgrades his skills in every 5 years. In 2002, Jack was graduated from University of LONDON (B.Sc Computing and Information Systems); in 2007, he obtained Specialist Diploma in IT Security from Nanyang Polytechnic (Singapore), and in 2013, he obtained another Specialist Diploma in Supply Chain Management from Republic Polytechnic (Singapore). Jack has become ILO (International Labor Organization) License trainer in 2018. Lastly, in 2020, he graduated with an Executive MBA from Yangon University of Economic (YUE). 

Jack’s worked in Singapore for about 7 years since 2003. In 2008, he’s established his first company, Techno Visions Pte.,Ltd, in Singapore and trading IT products between Singapore and Myanmar. He founded Techno Visions Co., Ltd (Myanmar) in 2011 and distributed IT products in Myanmar for about 10 years. In 2014, he setup another company, Techno Life Co., Ltd (Myanmar) and operates retail store for selling IT products. Furthermore, he was doing B2B sales for IT Solution for several years. 

Jack was doing own business for more than 15 years. He was doing business since he was 16 years old and his dream is to setup own company one day. Memorable is he always observes and memorizes shop names while he was walking around to give name for his company since young. 

Jack said “I have been working many business, I have learned a lot of lessons from difficulties and failures. The most important thing that you need to do for a business is to make sure to use of effective time management, tenacity, perseverance, determination, effective decision making, respect others, speak politely, big picture bird eyes view, 5-10 years’ visionary, social skills, networking skill, positive thinking and continuous learning. The most important is compassion and emotional management. 

His own favorite quote is “Think of how to do to be possible instead of thinking It is not possible to do”. 

Presently, he joins EC (executive committee) and joint secretary of Myanmar Computer Industry Association (MCIA-YGN) and EC of Yangon Region Young Entrepreneur Association (YRYEA) for helping hand to contribute society development. He takes responsibility for capacity development training in both associations.

Jack trains “Personal Development” training for several cooperate clients in Myanmar, and teaching Professional Diploma in Sales and Sales Management, Professional Diploma in Marketing Management class regularly in Myanmar International Business Academy University.
